As somebody who works in one of these nonfunctional, leaking monstrosities: Touche.
One of these days I should try to download a copy of “Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head” for the office computer. Every time we get a heavy rain, somebody on the fourth floor gets to sing this song. I’ve taken a couple of turns at this in the last three years, and there is at least one tile above my desk that has signs of water damage.
